No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

We understand that sometimes things come up, but please be aware of the following:

Cancellations or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, deposit fees of $100 will not be refunded.

We understand that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may require schedule changes. We kindly ask that you notify/call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible care and to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Refund Policy:

Bookings are non-refundable, except if you’re medically unable to receive treatment.

A doctor’s note is required for a refund.
